- Not interfere with the operation of the service
- Not upload or generate content involving minors or children
4. Payment Terms
Payments are processed through Waffo Pancake (for credit card payments) and Creem, our Merchant of Record. When you purchase a credit pack:
- You purchase a one-time credit pack with a specified number of credits
- Credits expire 30 days after purchase
- Payments are final and non-refundable except as described in our refund policy
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold
5. Credit Packs and Usage
Credit packs provide access to our AI enhancement tools:
- Each image processing operation consumes credits as specified on our pricing page
- Credits expire 30 days after purchase
- Unused credits expire and are not refunded
- Purchased credits are non-transferable
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Since payments are for one-time credit packs (not subscriptions):
- All payments are final and non-refundable
- Credits that have not been used within 30 days will expire
- We reserve the right to handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use our service to:
- Generate or process content involving minors or children in any way
- Create, upload, or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate any intellectual property rights
- Attempt to circumvent credit usage limits
- Resell or redistribute credits
8. Limitation of Liability
Upscale.media is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email.
