Refund Policy

1. Credit Pack Purchases

All credit pack payments are processed through Waffo Pancake and Creem, our payment processors and Merchants of Record.

• All payments are final: Credit pack purchases are one-time payments for credits, not subscriptions.
• Credits expire: Unused credits expire 30 days after purchase.
• Non-refundable: Once purchased, credit packs are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances.

2. Refund Requests

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund:

• Contact us within 7 days of purchase
• Provide your order ID and reason for the refund request
• Explain any exceptional circumstances

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution.
