Our AI-powered upscaling uses advanced super-resolution algorithms to increase image resolution up to 8x while preserving and enhancing details. Unlike simple interpolation, our AI understands image content and intelligently adds pixels where appropriate.
Upscale.media supports JPG, PNG, WEBP, and HEIC formats. Maximum file size is 25MB per image.
Usage & Credits
We offer a free plan with 10 credits per month. Paid plans start at $9.99/month for 100 credits with access to all AI tools including upscaling, sharpening, blur removal, and more.
Different operations use different amounts of credits based on complexity. Standard upscaling (2x) uses fewer credits than advanced operations like face enhancement or image restoration. Check the credits display when selecting your operation.
No, credits reset at the beginning of each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. This allows us to keep our pricing affordable.
Privacy & Security
No, we do not store your uploaded images. All processing is done in real-time and images are automatically deleted after processing. Your privacy is our priority.
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption for all data transfers. Our servers are secure and compliant with relevant data protection regulations. We never sell or share your personal information.
Technical Questions
Yes! Upscale.media works on any device with a web browser, including mobile phones and tablets. Simply upload your image and our AI will enhance it for you.
There's no strict resolution limit, but images are processed based on credit usage. Higher resolution images use more credits. We recommend starting with smaller images to test quality.
Processing time depends on image size and complexity. Most standard operations complete within seconds. Larger images or more complex enhancements may take up to a minute.
Account & Billing
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your profile page. Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you'll be downgraded to the free plan.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor. All payments are processed securely with PCI-DSS compliance.
